About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and solutions for business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leading-edge analytics systems to support business decision-making
  • Work closely with senior leadership and international data team members to understand and maintain focus on analytics needs
  • Analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders and investigate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic to ensure optimal scalability and performance
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience mining data as a Data Analyst
  • Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, PowerBI, SPSS, and SAS
  • Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
