About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our client's dynamic team in the veterinary industry. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with their pet healthcare needs by providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements
