We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our theatre department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures, including joint replacements.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- 12 months experience in a theatre setting, with a focus on orthopaedic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
