  • Service Delivery and Maintenance: Attend to and repair client service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and meets the required response and fix criteria.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance: Complete planned preventative maintenance services as requested, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
  • Training and Support: Provide on-site training for client staff on the operation of the equipment, ensuring that they are fully competent and confident in their ability to use the equipment.
  • Route Planning and Management: Plan daily routes to maximize efficiency, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts stock holding in company vans, ensuring that all necessary parts are available and easily accessible.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to ensure they are fully briefed on work completed and any recommendations, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Electronic Job Sheets: Complete electronic job sheets via company iPads, ensuring that all work is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues when required, ensuring that all team members are supported and able to complete their tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong background in vending, coffee, and cooler equipment, with a solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
