About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Conference and Events Manager to join our team at Center Parcs. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our conference and events guests, ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the events team to deliver high-quality service and events
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of events, including setup, de-rig, and close-down
  • Support the management team in delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Compile and maintain event files, ensuring all necessary information is available to deliver successful events
  • Manage and plan rotas, and understand order requirements
Requirements
  • Supervisory/management experience in a similar operation
  • Knowledge and experience of stock controls and bar management
  • Understanding of the importance of all aspects of legal compliance and corporate governance
  • A motivator of people, with the drive to succeed and inspire team members
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
