About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Conference and Events Manager to join our team at Center Parcs. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our conference and events guests, ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of all events, including conferences, seminars, and gala dinners.
  • Support the management team in ensuring all client needs are met and their events are a success.
  • Compile and maintain all event files, ensuring all necessary information is available to deliver successful events.
  • Manage and plan rotas, and understand order requirements.
  • Work closely with Venue Management and event organisers to ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements
  • Supervisory/management experience in a similar operation.
  • Knowledge and experience of stock controls and bar management.
  • Understanding of the importance of all aspects of legal compliance and corporate governance.
  • A motivator of people, with the drive to succeed and inspire team members.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
