Sourcing and Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility in your work location. You will have the opportunity to work remotely as well as from our offices when necessary. Occasional travel may be required.

Your primary focus will be on leading strategic procurement initiatives across various categories, including Infrastructure, Facilities, and Fleet Management. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

  • Managing high-value and high-risk procurement projects
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Supporting the development of category management strategies
  • Engaging in supplier development and relationship management

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Contract management and oversight
  • Supporting broader procurement initiatives
  • Representing the organization in dealings with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Potentially mentoring and managing junior team members

To excel in this role, you should possess a proven history of successfully navigating the complete strategic procurement process, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. While experience in staff management is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. A full membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) is desirable, or a commitment to achieving this qualification within three years.
