HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Robert Walters. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to clients on all aspects of HR and Employment Law.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on HR and Employment Law to clients via telephone.
  • Ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
  • Manage and resolve complex cases, building rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the internal system.
  • Signpost clients to pre-prepared documents and letters.
  • Review client documentation and provide feedback and advice accordingly.
  • Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases.
  • Offer clients options regarding utilisation of other products and services.
  • Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
  • Undertake Welcome Calls with new clients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage own caseload.
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

CIPD Lv.5 and above is desired, although CIPD Lv.3 and experience will be considered. Study support to further progress your HR career is offered upon completion of the probation period.
