The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Consumer PR Manager to join our in-house PR team and work closely with external agencies. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing proactive consumer campaign briefs, managing external agencies, and collaborating with our wider team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative PR campaigns to engage with our target audience
- Manage and coach external PR agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and journalists
- Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to drive business growth and achieve key objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record of creating impactful PR national media campaigns
- Excellent media contacts and relationships with journalists
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of circa £45K-£50K, a generous company pension, private medical and dental, discretionary bonus, share save, and share options. You'll also enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with two days in our Buckinghamshire head office and three days working from home.
About You
We're looking for a credible and experienced individual with a strong track record in consumer PR. You'll be a newshound with a keen eye for spotting stories and crafting compelling narratives. You'll have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
