Head of Private Client Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our successful team in Birmingham as Head of Private Client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a private client lawyer with solid experience who is ready to take the next step or someone who would like to take a supported step up into a Head of Department position at an early stage in their career.

About the Role

As Head of Department, you will oversee the growth of the team as it develops its private client offering and grows its client base of local and HNW clients. You will handle a caseload encompassing a broad range of Private Client matters, including tax, trusts and probate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of Private Client Solicitors
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the private client offering and client base
  • Handle a caseload of Private Client matters, including tax, trusts and probate
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNW individuals and business directors
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop further work streams
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong track record of success. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client law and a proven ability to lead and manage a team. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
