About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in a designated core area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with local property owners, developers, and other stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales negotiators and admin staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Utilize our super hub office and resources to support business growth and development
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
