About the Role


The Spicerhaart Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in a designated core area.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage and motivate a team of Estate Agents to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record of business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation
