Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, CT Imaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced medical imaging systems, including CT scanners, located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the medical industry
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
