Medical Field Service Engineer for CT Imaging Systems

We are seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South East region. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the region.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer or ex HM Forces Engineer to join a global leader in healthcare and a highly respected manufacturer of medical imaging systems. You will be part of a team of engineers who take great pride in their work and aim to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems
  • Installation and repair of high-value capital equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment
  • Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving licence
