Job Summary

The Culina Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on all aspects of HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality support service to HR, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Offer first-line advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on all matters relating to the employee lifecycle, escalating complex or high-risk cases to HR.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Maintain the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely employee information.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and line managers to identify and provide training and development needs.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 minimum, ideally with a higher qualification.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR-associated matters, with a strong understanding of HR legislation.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
