Job Summary:

Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager to join our client's team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in driving and embedding effective clinical practice, ensuring delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care, and leading the hospital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.
  • Ensure delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care, adhering to statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators, ensuring the hospital's strategic objectives are met.
  • Lead and deliver the hospital strategy, working closely with the Senior Management team.
  • Offer operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group, supporting the Hospital Manager in achieving excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, with a strong background in mental health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations and quality standards in mental health care.
