About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Assistant to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected and public areas
  • Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full
  • Maintaining high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors
  • Using equipment in accordance with the role, following all Health & Safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Passionate about patient care and able to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
  • Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
  • Confident working in a hospital environment and aware of the need to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Will to learn and take pride in your work, with a willingness to go the extra mile for our patients
