About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services in secure environments. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the mental health team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Act as a role model, promoting professional standards and a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Support senior clinicians and contribute to the daily leadership team, providing clinical input and guidance to ensure patient safety and effective care.
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest treatment methodologies.
  • Lead by example, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Adult) or qualified Pharmacist with a strong background in clinical practice.
  • Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment, with a focus on secure environments.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
