Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at HMP Isle of Wight. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the primary care team
  • Work closely with senior clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the healthcare team
