About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Sales Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our product team to develop and launch new travel products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • Commission Structure: Earn a competitive commission on sales performance.
  • Benefits: 23 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, and travel insurance.
