Job Summary

The Senior Volunteers Coordinator will lead the administration and organization of volunteer resources at the BFI London Film Festival. This role is responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, supervising, and supporting festival volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to meet festival needs.
  • Manage volunteer scheduling and deployment to ensure efficient festival operations.
  • Provide training and support to volunteers to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervise and evaluate volunteer performance to ensure high-quality festival experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including volunteer groups and festival partners.

Requirements
