Senior Volunteers Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Volunteers Coordinator to join our Festivals team for the 67th BFI London Film Festival.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on all aspects of administration and organisation of volunteer resource at the festival.
- Recruit, schedule, train, supervise and support festival volunteers.
- Build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations.
- Communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
- Significant demonstrable experience of working with volunteers within a festival or events environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations, and to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
