We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative and Content Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team at Marks and Spencer. About the Role

As a Creative and Content Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and directing the pre-production process, including concept development, storyboarding, and script analysis.
  • Helping to develop and organize our in-house video marketing strategy.
  • Managing and supporting our in-house Graphic Designer to conceptualize and develop designs, oversee art direction, and ensure consistency and alignment with project objectives and brand style.
  • Directing, filming, and editing videos to the highest standard across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with legal standards and securing necessary filming/photography permits and rights.
  • Evaluating potential risks associated with projects and implementing preventative strategies.
  • Staying ahead of the latest industry trends and advancements in video production technology.
  • Working closely with the Content & Channels Manager and Graphic Designer to bring the M&S story to life.
