Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support.
