Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in Seaton and surrounding areas. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
