Driver - Military and Civilian Vehicles Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team at Babcock International. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in supporting our Royal Engineer troops operating on site and in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a transport service, driving a variety of military and civilian vehicles, on and off road.
- Drive eligible personnel and/or equipment to and from training exercises or other entitled military duties, ensuring safe carriage.
- Operate multi-disciplined vehicles, including PSV & LGV fleets.
- Perform Level 1 maintenance tasks and complete Before, During and After Use Checks.
- Complete department administrative tasks as required.
- Hold a Full Driving licence with minimum Category C or D.
- Hold Full Driving licence categories C+E & D (desirable).
- Practical experience maintaining roadworthiness of vehicles.
- In-depth understanding of driver's hours regulations (JSP800 Vol 5 or EU regulations).
- Experience in load restraint and load safety.
- Experience in off-road driving.
