We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead our team in a main contractor client's education refurbishment project in Southampton. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing site teams, including sub-contractors, for a 4-5 month build programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a site team to deliver a high-quality refurbishment project
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS and CSCS
  3. Coordinate with sub-contractors to meet project deadlines
  4. Monitor and control project costs
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. SMSTS certification
  2. CSCS certification
  3. First Aid certification
  4. DBS clearance

The project involves refurbishing flat pitched roofing and completing other works to be finished by the end of the school holidays. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a high-profile project and develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
