Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, who will be responsible for translating and understanding scientific and technical concepts, as well as having the confidence to learn and talk 'the lingo'. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with talented candidates and clients, on roles ranging from Technicians or Graduates, PostDocs, Seniors and even CTO.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse sector where you will never be bored or twiddling your thumbs. You will be part of a market-leading recruitment consultancy, with a strong focus on training and development, and a commitment to helping our people succeed.

We are looking for someone with a scientific or highly technical background who would like to steer their career in a less 'hands-on', more commercial direction, whilst still being able to maintain their technical background. You must also have a full UK driving license and your own car, as well as full right to work in the UK.
