We are a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the Scientific & High-Tech Division. Our team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Cambourne office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a curious mindset, able to translate and understand scientific and technical concepts. You will work closely with our talented candidates and clients, partnering with them to find the best fit for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent in the scientific and technical fields
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and own car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Scientific or highly technical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
