About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their daily lives, ensuring their occupational and sensory needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to supporting vulnerable adults
  • Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments to identify individual needs
  • Develop and implement bespoke interventions to support occupational and sensory needs
  • Prepare relevant documentation, including reports and sensory profiles
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons) degree
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, with additional needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to work sensitively with individuals and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
