Personal Lines Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, negotiating with underwriters, and arranging cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their renewals and mid-term alterations
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best possible terms
  • Arrange cover for customers, ensuring they have the right insurance products for their needs
  • Produce company-approved documentation for customers
  • Liaise with clients via email and post to ensure excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify new customer opportunities as they arise

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dealing with motor and/or household insurance, or high net worth/VIP personal lines
  • Strong IT, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and individually
