About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Client Advisor to join our team at Darwin Clayton. As a key member of our New Business team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the New Business Executives and Account Executives in developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Provide a quality service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements, including pre-renewal and renewal processing, claims handling, mid-term adjustments, premium collection, and client and insurer queries.
  • Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and external compliance regulations.
  • Assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Insurance professional with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and a drive to achieve and exceed targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience of handling commercial risks within the insurance industry.
  • A strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
