Senior Architect Job Opportunity

Hunter Dunning is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join their team in Colchester, Essex. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering heritage and conservation schemes across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on stages 4 and 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the running of projects and support junior team members
  • Work directly with clients to deliver projects
  • Produce design and technical drawings
  • Work within a team and report to the Senior Associates on each project

Requirements:

  • Part III qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • AABC accredited or already working towards it
  • Excellent technical skills and experience in delivering projects throughout all project stages
  • Strong design skills and project management experience
  • AutoCAD skills are essential, and Revit and NBS is very desirable
  • Eligible to work in the UK
