Senior Architect Position

This esteemed consultancy has been a leading force in the industry for decades, boasting an impressive reputation and a talented team of over 250 professionals across 14 offices in the UK and overseas.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our Colchester studio on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for projects spanning multiple sectors within the Conservation and Heritage setting, with a proven track record of running projects through the design and delivery phases.
The successful candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail, high-quality examples of work, and a can-do attitude. They will also possess excellent design and drawing skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and Revit proficiency and BIM experience is highly desirable.
The Senior Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45k-£52k, and will be entitled to a range of benefits, including flexible hybrid working, 25 days holidays (increasing to 30 in-line with service), life assurance, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, time off in lieu, subscription fees paid, bike2work scheme, eye care vouchers, and study sponsorship opportunities and continual training.
