Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Wise Employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, and development
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance management processes
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification
  • Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, and development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
