We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Oncology division. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans across the total health economy for our Oncology portfolio.
Your primary focus will be on addressing funding, capacity, and access barriers, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive service redesign. You will take a targeted approach to customers who directly influence prescribing, funding, and patient access to services.

- Proven track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant secondary care experience
- Experience in Oncology
- Experience within partnership working/patient pathway development is preferred (oncology experience is an advantage)
- Business related or life sciences degree, with solid experience in a related sales or marketing function
- Excellent communication skills (F2F and digital) and the ability to articulate a compelling argument to gain commitment of 'call to action' close
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex situations to remove external barriers
- Flexibility to respond to customer needs for virtual and F2F communications, (based on customer preference)
- Above average IT literacy, proactive and passionate about digital engagement and technology
- Exceptional customer focus with the ability to balance customer relationships and strong business outcomes
- Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate pro-activity and agility in a small cross-functional team
