Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that individual risks are promptly bound in accordance with the delegated underwriting authority.
  • Accurately recording risks in the Policy Administration System and providing necessary policy documentation.
  • Overseeing the e-trade platform and coordinating with relevant teams to manage required changes effectively.
  • Meeting established service standards to bind risks and ensure policies are accurate and issued within agreed timelines.
  • Maintaining full compliance with the Delegated Authority from insurers.
  • Fostering strong working relationships with the distribution team.
  • Building excellent collaborations with supporting insurers.
