About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at DaVita International, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities across all markets. You will work closely with finance teams to provide insightful analysis and commentary on international country forecasts, ensuring that the company's financial performance is accurately represented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Review and provide commentary on international country forecasts, ensuring that the company's financial performance is accurately represented.
  • Financial Reporting: Coordinate country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results.
  • Financial Modeling: Continually simplify and improve financial reporting projects, ensuring that financial data is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and build Anaplan models if/when required, ensuring that financial data is accurately represented.
  • Business Intelligence: Work with Essbase and Hyperion to support business intelligence analyses, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Country Support: Respond to country-related queries, ensuring that financial data is accurately represented.
  • Annual Budgeting: Participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring that financial plans are accurately represented.
  • Deal Valuation Modeling: Support deal valuation modeling and assist with some M&A due diligence work if/when required.
  • Ad-Hoc Work: Support ad-hoc work as needed, usually provision of various data pulls in Excel for the preparation of management reports and board papers.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: Experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organization, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Financial Modeling: Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet tight turnaround times.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Naturally curious with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Certifications: ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
  • Financial Planning Tools: Familiar with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools would be highly advantageous.
