Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Manager to join our team at Harrington-Leigh Associates Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees, including inductions, onboarding, and other HR practices
- Work closely with the onsite General Manager and Cluster HR Director to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends
Requirements:
- Strong background in Hospitality HR, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
