Role Overview

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and support for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to reported issues and Service Requests, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure their performance aligns with our SLAs.
  • Deliver professional and effective solutions to incidents and requests raised by users.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to restore normal service to users swiftly, while providing guidance and support to both users and colleagues on duty.
  • Commit to personal growth and continuously enhance your skills to improve job performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in Infrastructure Configuration.
  • Experience with Cloud Computing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management processes.
  • A growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt.

Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk environment with a solid grasp of ITIL processes.
  • Technical background with a comprehensive understanding of Service Desk operations.
