We are currently seeking a Market Access Specialist to focus on Northern England, specifically in the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Sheffield regions.

In the role of Market Access Specialist, you will be tasked with executing the ADC Market Access strategy to optimize the adoption and growth of the FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring System and the wider FreeStyle product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about the healthcare landscape at both local and national levels to facilitate effective plan execution.
  • Recognize and prioritize relationships with Payers and Clinical stakeholders across both Primary and Secondary care that will impact the acceptance and use of the FreeStyle product range.
  • Engage in discussions regarding clinical data and economic factors, effectively communicating the Value Proposition to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Cultivate Clinical and Non-Clinical Champions and Advocates who can drive the adoption of the FreeStyle product range and its digital ecosystem.
  • Activate local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance peer-to-peer influence and advocacy.
  • Prepare Local Health Economies (LHEs), Trusts, and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for reimbursement by mapping patient pathways and understanding the sustainable funding processes for local formulary submissions.
  • Collaborate with target account Healthcare Professional (HCP) advocates post-reimbursement to submit well-structured formulary applications in line with the agreed rollout strategy.
  • Work in partnership with Sales Teams to develop account plans and ensure effective and seamless customer engagement during implementation.

Required Experience & Education:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification complemented by relevant commercial experience.
