We are seeking a driven and experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD in West London. As a key member of our cost and project management consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-end residential projects from £2m to £15m.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience working on high-end residential projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-contract to post-contract, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-end residential projects from £2m to £15m
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and progress
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000, a car/travel allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life insurance, critical illness cover, a competitive pension scheme, hybrid working, and a bonus scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, travel to new destinations, and develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a PQS/consultancy
  • Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
