Key Responsibilities:

Manage the financial aspects of high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Lead and mentor junior QS staff, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Conduct risk management, value engineering, and contract administration.
Oversee cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value procurement.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential projects.
Strong leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and managing teams.
Excellent negotiation, financial management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS accreditation, degree in Quantity Surveying or similar).
