Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Co-ordinator to join our team at Novus, a leading provider of prison education. As an Administration Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our education programs by providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the education team, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting, including enrolment forms, registers, and reports.
  • Support contract monitoring and compliance by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Provide an effective administration service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Process relevant data relating to finance, personnel, or learners.

Requirements:

  • Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to ensure data and reports are accurate and produced in line with deadlines.
  • Positive working relationships with stakeholders.
