Role Overview:
As an Automotive Paint Specialist, you will be an integral part of a skilled bodyshop team, dedicated to delivering exceptional finishes on vehicles for our clientele, with the guidance of the supervisor and Bodyshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and apply paint to vehicle panels, including cleaning and masking.
  • Ensure the painted surfaces are flawless and meet quality standards.
  • Provide assistance in various workshop tasks as required.
  • Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess some of the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within a bodyshop environment.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence held for at least 2 years.
  • A willingness to mentor junior cosmetic technicians and share expertise.
  • A strong passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, making informed decisions as necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
