Our client, a prominent player in the UK transportation industry, is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to become a vital part of their team on a permanent basis. The organization is initiating groundbreaking projects that focus on automation and chatbot technology to modernize their operations.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring only one day a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Process Visualization: Create comprehensive process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate both current and future operational states.
- Business Process Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing effective solutions.
- Facilitation of Workshops: Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Development of Business Cases: Prepare detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment evaluations.
- Support for Implementation: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of business solutions.
What You Will Receive:
- A competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, commensurate with experience.
- 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior capacity.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Expertise in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools.
- Solid understanding of business principles and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to varied audiences.
- Experience with process automation and AWS is highly advantageous.
