Job Description:

Finatal is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the private equity partnership.
  • Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team to ensure effective financial management and control.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster close collaboration with private equity stakeholders to advance strategic financial initiatives.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply deep industry expertise to tailor financial strategies for the professional services sector, ensuring optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA credentials, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Prior experience as CFO or in a leading finance role within private equity-backed businesses.
  • Skills: Proficiency in navigating the financial intricacies of private equity-backed enterprises within the professional services sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track Record: Track record as CFO, managing acquisitions and overseeing private equity-backed businesses to exit.
