Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, your role will be pivotal in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries regarding sizes, styles, purchases, and returns, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience.

• Maintaining an attractive sales floor by organizing merchandise, managing fitting rooms, and ensuring stockrooms are tidy and well-stocked.

• Providing efficient service at checkout points, handling transactions, queries, and returns with a friendly demeanor.

• Receiving and processing new stock deliveries, ensuring items are correctly priced and displayed according to our high standards.
