**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Probate Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a Probate Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Executors with their application for a Grant of Probate, advising on estate administration procedures, and preparing estate administration cases for Solicitor application.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Attend appointments with Executors to discuss estate administration procedures and take instructions for estate administration cases.
  • Assist Executors with their application for a Grant of Probate and provide guidance on estate administration procedures.
  • Liaise with external Solicitors and Executors throughout the administration process.
  • Prepare estate administration cases for Solicitor application, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

**Requirements:**

  • Combination of Law Degree with CILEx/LPC/ STEP Advanced Certificates in Will Preparation, Administration of Estates and Trust.
  • Extensive knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Probate and Land Law.
  • Minimum 1-year experience of Probate practice and estate administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commercial mind set.
  • Outgoing, team player personality.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary of £32k-£36k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
