Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at West Way Rochdale. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively prospect and follow up on sales opportunities using our CRM system and telephone prospecting.
  • Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period, achieving individual volume and profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.
  • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options, and accessory sales.
  • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Ensure the showroom meets company standards.
Requirements:
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interesting and engaging to customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible with the ability to work weekends.
  • Full UK driving license.
